Michelle Pruett, LPC-S, will train participants to assess individual differences in their client population and adjust clinical services accordingly.
Trainees will learn how to use available personality typing systems in treatment planning and service delivery. Topics will include:
- Assessing client personality and related needs
- Therapist self-awareness skills for maximizing appropriate adaptation to client needs
- Management of multi-client sessions by responding to different personality types simultaneously
- Considerations for supervision
In addition, information will be taught through interactive learning activities, intervention demonstrations and video clips.
