The Executive Director of this 501(c)3, a Florida-licensed faith-based Adoption Agency, is responsible for all aspects of the operations of the organization including providing visionary leadership, strategic direction, implementation of programs and services, fund development, accountability, and overall management of the organization. CFS provides Christian social services to individuals, families, and children, regardless of age, race, gender, disability or national origin who are experiencing an unexpected pregnancy and who are interested in making an adoption plan.
This individual should have good communication skills with the ability to interact not only with the Board but also with churches, hospitals, organizations that work with women with crisis pregnancies, adoptive parents, and/or foster parents. Oversee education to pregnancy centers, hospitals, churches, and other organizations while ensuring appropriate training for prospective Adoptive Families.
This individual should have a background in Business Leadership/Management and preferably experience in the social service field and nonprofits. A bachelor’s degree is required and a master’s is preferred.
